Directions  Go nine mi. N. of I-40 on HWY 64 and turn R. after the Texaco station and Youth Hostel. Follow Mountain View Road 3 mi. to Red Lake Subdivision. Turn R. on Fir, property is on the right side at the SW corner of Fir street and Overlook Drive.
Marketing Remark  Lot 3 in Red Lake Estates Unit II is a 5.02 acre parcel. This lot is a corner lot that is bordered on three sides by lightly traveled roads that only serve this small subdivision. In 2005 the property passed a soil observation by Coconino County for a standard septic system. This property has lots of pinyon and juniper trees that cover the 5 acres.
